Summer Camp at kidscommons

Join us this summer for 2 hours of awesome fun and learning at kidscommons! Each camp is specially designed for different age groups—ages 5–7, 5–9, 8–10, or 8–12—so everyone gets the right mix of challenge, creativity, and excitement.

Hour 1: Private Museum Exploration
Before the doors open to the public, the museum is yours to explore! Enjoy private playtime with your camp group in our fun exhibits—from the giant toilet slide to the bubble room and everything in between. It’s the perfect way to kick off the day!

Hour 2: Hands-On, Play-Based Learning
The second hour is all about digging into each week’s awesome theme through hands-on activities, experiments, games, and creative projects led by our friendly educators.

 2025 Camp Themes Include:

  • Dinosaur Discovery – Become a paleontologist! Dig for fossils, make dino art, and learn about the creatures that once ruled the Earth.

  • Earth & Space – Explore volcanoes, planets, weather, and more. Great for curious kids who love science and the world around them!

  • Art Camp – Paint, sculpt, and create! Use different tools and materials to make your own masterpieces.

  • STEAM Camp – Tinker, build, and invent with activities that mix Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math in playful ways.

  • LEGO® Animation – Use LEGO bricks to tell stories and bring them to life using stop-motion animation!

  • Movie Maker – Plan, film, and act in your own mini movie! Learn beginner filmmaking skills with a playful twist.

  • Wizards Camp – Mix up potions, make wands, and explore the science behind magical-looking experiments!

Each camp is packed with creativity, discovery, and PLAY. Come for the fun—leave with new skills, new friends, and amazing memories!

POLICY:

  • Food will not be permitted or provided. We ask that children are fed before/after attending
  • Personal water bottles are recommended
  • Children must be able to use the restroom unassisted to attend
  • Camps are non-refundable
  • Pick up and drop off should be at the start and end of the camp.
