Floor Staff (10-20 hours/week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with staff to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming museum environment
- Provide excellent guest service throughout the museum, particularly on the floor
- Open/close museum properly
- Ensure guest’s needs are met while adhering to policy and best practices
- Assist with special events
- Assist with programs as assigned
- Other duties as assigned

Job description
Museum Educator
Part-time (up to 30 hours/week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and assist with educational, age-appropriate programming in the museum and off-site
- Enhance and support the museum visitor experience including, but not limited to:
- Ready-to-use demonstrations and self-guided activities
- Provided support to Floor Staff and engage visitors with interactive programming
- Monitor and engage campers, students, and visitors during museum exploration
- Be available to work weekends, evenings, and special events
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Education or related field or at least 2 years experience working in museum or education field
- Ability to work with team and independently
- Flexible schedule
- Passionate about life-long learning, science, and education in an informal setting
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and engaging personality
- Creative, innovative, and organized
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 – $15.00/hour
